In particular, Gratian Nshekanabo mentioned: \u201cWe are proud that the first bitumen emulsion production plant in Tanzania was constructed according to the best world standards and on the basis of world\u2019s experience. And it means that bitumen emulsion, produced on such equipment fully complies with all international and regional standards. \u00a0The application of \u2018cold technologies\u2019 will change completely our approaches to the road construction and maintenance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1457\" src=\"http:\/\/modified.globecore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/08\/Tanzania_startup.jpg\" alt=\"Tanzania_startup\" width=\"456\" height=\"342\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mr Hassan Matimbe told that the opening ofthe bitumen-emulsion plant is a great step to industrialize Tanzania. \u00a0In addition, import of bitumen emulsion will be significantly reduced.<\/p>\n<p>But this ceremonial opening was preceded by a thorough examination of \u00a0bitumen production equipment, available in the hi-tech market.
